tjm: I am now a BACKPACKING freelance Consultant and LIFE observer and blogger after a 10 year stint as a Training Consultant of Chowking Food Corporation. I was formerly the Training Manager of Jollibee where I worked for more than 14 years. Prior to that I was the Training Officer of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) under the Foodmine group.
